Skeletons of Society Games has a ten (10) day return policy for all items. This means you have ten (10) days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.

We will respond within twenty-four hours with instructions on how to proceed, usually a lot faster. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Skeletons of Society Games charges a 25% restocking fee and our store is not liable for return costs or postage. Items must be received sealed and in their original condition and packaging within ten (10) days of speaking to us about a return.
Items marked as FINAL SALE or COLLECTIBLE may not be returned.
Please contact us if your item is defective or is missing components and we will work with you to rectify the issue.
We keep extensive photographs and notes of all our stock. Many of our items often contain unique characteristics that must match to be eligible for a return. Any irregularities between the item we send and the item we get back is considered theft and will be reported to the appropriate authorities in your town, including financial companies like banks or credit cards.

Refunds
Some orders may be subjected to refunds. The reasons leading to a refund include but are not limited to the following:
Ordering products beyond the purchase limit
Suspicious activity
Previous infractions to our cancelation policy
